Chibis are simple pieces but have slightly more detail than Minis

IllustrationsThis includes icons that are a standard size of 250x250 for $25. However, icons of this size tend to have lower detail.

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

As the client, you agree;

That you are 18 years or older.
That you understand that this is a digital only service.
To any other conditions specified in this Terms of Service agreement.

By commissioning VridiN / V Lovell Arts you agree to be legally bound to and abide by these terms and conditions.-
From this point forward in the terms of service,
the client will be referred to as "You"
and V Lovell Arts as "I" and/or "Me".
______________I refuse to draw any of the following content;Extreme Age Difference
Inflation
Lolicon / Shotacon
Incest
Rape
Scat / Watersports
Heavy Armour
Some feral animals

AI Clause
Content created and produced by V Lovell Arts is in no way permitted to be fed into any form of AI for either training and/or generative purposes. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate refusal and termination of services, a permanent blacklisting, and forfeit to your refund.
PricesI retain the right to adjust or change my prices at any time.Commission ProcessYou may email me at any time or contact me through any of my social media sites to claim a commission slot or for any questions you might have pertaining to such services.

If the commission is accepted a PayPal invoice will promptly be sent to you.

Payment is required within 48 hours of commission acceptance unless stated otherwise between parties or the slot will be considered void.

References
Picture reference is mandatory for character illustrations; text only descriptions are not permitted.

High resolution files will be provided once completed.Completion EstimatesCompletion time varies but will take no longer than 6 weeks, though, there are exceptions that might cause delays. All delays will be discussed and communicated to you.CorrectionsYou are permitted up to THREE free corrections for both the sketch and line art stages.
Any corrections past that point will be charged.
This does not include idea proposals.

Colour corrections and marking edits are free. Any corrections to line art will be denied at this stage.

Once the illustration is approved, no corrections are permitted.

THE CLIENT AND/OR ANOTHER ARTIST IS NOT AND NEVER PERMITTED TO EDIT MY CONTENT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO;
TRACING/LINING, COLOURING, SHADING.Payment and RefundsPayment is required upfront via PayPal invoices.

Full refunds are applicable only if I cancel the order.

Some plausible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to;

Being unable to fulfill the order as requested
Injury
Going past deadlines
Refusal of Service

I have and retain the right to refuse service to anyone.

Partial refunds will be administered in relation to the completion level.

No refunds will be administered after product is completed and approved by you.

Opening a PayPal dispute without first contacting me beforehand will bar you from any future commission slots and opportunities.

The client is responsible for their own financial situation and refunds will not be issued for the client’s inability to manage personal finances.
unless communicated otherwise with VridiN.LicenseUnless otherwise stated, VridiN owns the intellectual property rights for all material produced by V Lovell Arts. As the client, you may view, post, and/or print artwork created for you for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Those who are not the client only have permission to view and share the content, this excludes; republishing and redistribution.
______________You and/or the client must not:Feed content created by V Lovell Arts into any form of AI for training and/or generative purposes.

Edit or have someone edit content
produced by V Lovell Arts.

Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content
produced by V Lovell Arts.

Redistribute content from V Lovell Arts.
(unless a separate contract is formed.)

Make profit off of content from V Lovell Arts.
(unless a separate contract is formed.)Reservation of RightsI reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all or any specified content copyrighted by V Lovell Arts.
You agree to immediately remove all content upon such request. Refusal will result in legal action as a violation of contract.

I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its republishing policy at any time.By commissioning me, you agree to be legally bound to and abide by these terms and conditions.
